On behalf our Client, large farm producing company with foreign investments, we are looking for “Deputy Chief Operating Officer, (Ternopil region)”.
Ideal Profile:
- .Able to operate autonomously and lead an operations team (15 to 30
- people) with a broad variety of tasks: agronomic analysis, operations
- including sourcing, seeding harvesting, storage, drying and sales.
- Degree in agronomy and/or experience in crop farm management.
- bility and willingness to use modern commodity farming techniques.
- Reporting: ability to work with management control software tools
- Able to speak English and must speak local language (Ukrainian or
- Russian).
- Will be based in the vicinity of the farm in Western Ukraine (Oblast of
- Ternopil).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of commodity production on 7000 hectares of farmland, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer of the cluster
- Responsible for the sourcing and selection of inputs (seeds, fertilizers, other) as well as in the sourcing and maintenance of farm machinery.
- Responsible of the implementation of the crop rotation schedule, the field work schedules of the drivers and the agronomists on 7000 hectares.
- Responsible for the operations on the base consisting mainly of drying and storage (grains and inputs)
- Assisting the management team with the implementation of operational control systems, and reporting to the group.

Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (Ternopil region)
Требования:
On behalf our Client, large farm producing company with foreign investments, we are looking for Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (Ternopil region).
Ideal Profile:
- Ambition and drive to develop a career in the agricultural sector and to be part of a long term project in this sector
- Degree English language translation or teaching degree in English language
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Sales and procurement experience is a must
- A confident communicator and negotiator with the ability to achieve a consensus between parties with differing opinions.
- Readiness to move to Ternopil region
Responsibilities:
- Organising and translating meetings between the COO and employees, local government administrations and Paiyee holders.
- Occasional written translations.
- Responsible for liaising with internal departments (Accounts, Human Resources, Legal) and ensuring the smooth flow and signing of documents by the COO.
- Responsible for the day to day execution of commodity sales, including contact with the buyers and liaising with farm mangers and the security department.
- Responsible for the negotiation of commodity sales in conjunction with the COO.
- Responsible for the administration of sales contracts and forward contracts with key buyers.
- Responsible for the day to day execution of input procurement, including fuel, seeds, fertilisers and agrochemicals.
- Responsible for negotiation with supplies in conjunction with the COO
- Responsible for the administration of purchase contracts with key suppliers.
