Main responsibilities:

• Actively sell corporate hospitality products in the relevant market
  
• Ongoing identification of leads
  
• Close follow-up portfolio of sales leads in order to optimize the conversion rate
  
• Close follow-up of payment process in order to avoid any delays in payment and discrepancies between orders and revenues
  
• Ensure permanent follow-up of the client after-sales process
  
• Actively handle the corporate hospitality on-site servicing process
  
• Attend marketing and sales events as requested by the Country Manager
  
• To develop the best possible client portfolio
  
• To maintain a permanent view of the market opportunities
  
• To train and lead junior sales consultants
  
• In Operations/Commercial division, reporting to Commercial Manager, Ukraine

Applicant's main responsibility will be to coordinate software development processes for our client. He\she will report directly to CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage web-development processes
• Coordinate projects in order to optimize workflow and guarantee projects success
• Analyze teams performance & adjust Project Development methodologies
• Act as Scrum Master, leader in project meetings
• Daily review tickets in JIRA, read source code commits & test
• Recruit new software developers
• Organize and manage corporate training sessions for new employees
